The open window next to the bed was a real nuisance. it left the place freezing and took quite a while to get it fixed. a list detailing available kitchenware would’ve saved some hassle, especially with mismatched towels that felt a bit off.

Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating with no signage, leaving us struggling for over an hour to access our room. The key code provided didn't even work, which is just unacceptable. To add to the disappointment, the noise from the neighboring pub was unbearable, waking us up early in the morning. I expected much better considering the location's premium pricing.
